About Conference
The International Conference on Emerging Trends in Electronics and Telecommunications (ICETET-2021) will be held at Pune, Maharashtra, India on 19th and 20th February 2021. ICETET-2021 will target the research on emerging technologies in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications. This conference aims to provide a technical platform to researchers, academicians, industry
persons and students across the globe to share their research work and present their innovative ideas.
This also aims to provide international scientific forum to discuss, exchange and share knowledge related to various areas of Electronics and Telecommunication such as Signal Processing, Control and Automation, Communication Technologies, Energy and Power systems, VLSI and Embedded Systems. Moreover, there will be special track on applications of electronics for societal applications with this amid lockdown and post corona pandemic challenges. ICETET-2021 is a blended version of conference wherein online as well as offline presentations mode will be there considering social distancing guidelines.
ICETET-2021 is organized by the department of Electronics and Telecommunication in collaboration with SAEINDIA Electronics Forum. SAEINDIA Western Section (SAEIWS) Electronics board is looking to contribute significantly towards the betterment of Automotive Electronics.
About PCET
Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET) was established by Late Shri. Shankarrao B. Patil in the year 1990 with a vision to provide value added educational platform to society in multiple dimensions right from Nursery to Doctoral programs in all professional streams enabling all our students to achieve Freedom through Education. Situated at a very approachable location near Akurdi Railway Station, Nigdi, Pune, PCET is a well-established and time tested brand in Education since 1990.
PCET has seven institutes Pimpri Chinchwad Polytechnic (PCP), Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCoE), S.B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM), S.B. Patil Public School (SBPPS), Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research (PCCoER), S B Patil College of Science and Commerce, Ravet (SBPCSC) and S B Patil College of Architecture and Design (SBPCAD). PCP, PCCoE and SBPIM are operational in Pradhikaran, Nigdi, in more than 10 Acres of land and having more than 4500 students on board. SBPCAD is also situated in the same campus from the academic year 2014-15.
The complete campus is well equipped with all latest infrastructural facilities, Sports facilities, spacious lawn and hostel facility for boys and girls. SBPPS established at Ravet, Pune, from academic year 2012-13. PCCoER and SBPCSC also established at Ravet from academic year 2014 - 15.
ABOUT PCCOE
Pimpri Chinchwad College Of Engineering (PCCOE) is one of the renowned Engineering Autonomous Colleges in Maharashtra. It offers under graduate courses in engineering in the branches of Civil, Computer, Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology and Mechanical, with intake of 780 students. It also offers post graduate courses in Civil (Construction Management), Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications (VLSI), Information Technology and Mechanical (Design and Heat Power), and MCA with 150 students.
PCCOE also has Ph.D. Research center in Computer, E&TC and Mechanical Engineering. PCCOE intends to attain eminence by development and nurturing of skills and providing quality technical education. The institute campus has well developed laboratories, library, class rooms, hostel, canteen and play ground with all amenities. PCCOE has received accreditation from National Board of Accreditation (NBA), NAAC (A Grade) and is ISO 9001:2015 certification by TUV NORD.
Also, PCCOE has received Permanent Affiliation from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune.
ABOUT E&TC DEPT.
Department of Electronics & Telecommunication started with Industrial Electronics course in 1999-2000 and changed to Electronics & Telecommunication in 2001-2002. The under graduate course operates in two shifts with approved intake of 120 for Regular shift and 60 for second shift. The postgraduate course in VLSI and Embedded Systems is also started with the intake of 18.
The department also has Ph. D. research center affiliated to SPPU, Pune. The department is accredited thrice by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
To ensure high standards of education for students, the department offers excellent infrastructure and resources in the form of knowledgeable faculty, constantly upgraded well equipped and fully furnished laboratories.
The department also has the MoU with renowned industries like K.P.I.T., Xilinx, Mentor Graphics, and Center for Police Research and Innovative systems etc.
